I know how stressful finding a new place to live can be. i had been thinking of getting a house for a few months, but the task seems so daunting that i couldnt even thing of where to begin. i had considered linking up with a few agents from the internet, until I saw a old high school friend on the list of realtors --and i couldnt have been more pleased.

In my experience most agents have one or two places to show you that meet your budget, necessities, and location...but this wasnt the case with dylan. first, we gave him our criteria and scheduled a meeting with him to show us a few places. i had planned on meeting for an hour or so to see a place or two, but dylan had something different in mind--he had planned to spend the entire morning and early afternoon with us until we found the perfect house. As a first time home buyer I was wary and inexperienced about most of the process, but dylan was very honest and knowledgeable. Communication was easy with him through emails, text messages, and phone calls.

I couldnt have been more pleased with the selection of house that dylan showed us. we met early in the morning, and he was punctual meeting us at the first location. from there, he was able to show us at least a dozen more places that were within our location and our budeget! in general, we were able to see one place after the other with very little downtime between the two places. i expected the house search to continue for months, but within a day, we found the house that we were dreaming of!

When I finally found the perfect home he worked very fast to make sure I would land it at the price I wanted. he handled negotiating the entire deal very well and helped me coordinate all the other aspects of appraisals, inspections, and other services.

We've been living in our new home for a couple weeks now and we couldn't be happier with our decision on the home and of going with dylan. We felt like we had an all-star cast working for us and that has made this potentially nerve-wracking home-buying experience a very pleasant and smooth one for us.

We worked with Dylan throughout the summer and fall on purchasing a two family home for grandparents and married son with kids. It was a difficult job to find a home that we could both afford and that all of us approved of. Dylan stayed with us and kept finding places that could fit our needs. I highly recommend Dylan to anyone looking for a home. He responded within minutes to my inquiry on Zillow. The next fastest realtor reponded a day later. By then, Dylan had me lined up to look at 5 homes in the New Paltz area. Because of my tight work schedule, Dylan made sure to get me appointments at times that were convenient for me. Being a first time buyer in New Paltz I was nervous about finding the right agent to help me. Dylan made me feel comfortable right at the first meeting. His extensive local knowledge of homes in the New Paltz market and negotiating skills led me to quickly find and buy a beautiful house.

I have always dreamed of owning my own home. Mr. Taft not only helped me to reach that dream, but help me to find the perfect home.

From start to finish Dylan made me feel like he wanted me to have a place as much as I did. He made me feel like I was searching with someone who cared and not just another client. With Dylan's help I was able to find and buy more than just a house. I walked away with my dream home.
