Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $625K in Truckee, CA.
Greg is very positive and easy going. We looked at over 12 houses in a serious snow storm one day with 3 small children in tow and Greg never complained. We just closed escrow on a house after only a few months of looking. Greg was fabulous.

We met Greg Poulsen at Dickson Realty in Truckee, CA when we began searching for a vacation home in the woods. The moment we shook hands, I knew this was not just another realtor. Greg's friendless, positivity, patience and professionalism not only helped alleviate some of the stress of home searching, but he was geniunely interested in helping us find our home without ever being pushy. We worked with Greg for almost two years trying to find a home that met all our wishes and was within our budget. Being a Truckee resident himself, Greg was able to offer much-needed advice for a couple of fair-weather folks who had no idea of what living in the snow would entail. Communication with Greg was a breeze because he was always available to answer questions and he constantly kept us updated with new information.
