    This is a lady that knows her stuff. Detail oriented, fast to reply, can handle any deal big or small. She will take whatever time you need to anaylize all the angles.     Found a tenant for a home.
    She is the greatest! Talechia has helped me with my real estate needs for the past four years. She took a listing on my house when prices were dropping. Since I couldn't get my price I asked her to help me find a tenant. She did everything; show the house, got the credit report, prepared the rental agreement and helped with the negotiations.

    I've recommended her to friends and they have nothing but great things to say about her.

    SELLERS- I will help determine the value of the house. Also help you realize time frames in the selling world. Houses have been sitting longer these days so we'll devise a marketing plan to shorten the length on the market. I can give many pointers on the property condition and maybe some suggestions on how create a good feel to the property prior to showings.

    INVESTORS- I am able to see value in investments due my personal experiences with investments. I always keep my eyes peeled looking for a good investment. Whatever the strategy maybe I can find a property to fit, working with you on the numbers to make sure they work in your favor.
