Showed home in 2010 in San Diego, CA.
This is a lady that knows her stuff. Detail oriented, fast to reply, can handle any deal big or small. She will take whatever time you need to anaylize all the angles. This is a lady you can truly trust and rely on to find you what you want and close the deal. She gets my highest recommendation. When you find a winner you don't change and those are the people I work with.

Found a tenant for a home.
She is the greatest! Talechia has helped me with my real estate needs for the past four years. She took a listing on my house when prices were dropping. Since I couldn't get my price I asked her to help me find a tenant. She did everything; show the house, got the credit report, prepared the rental agreement and helped with the negotiations.
I've recommended her to friends and they have nothing but great things to say about her.

Sold a home in 2012.

Sold a home in 2012.
We have worked with Talechia and her team on two real estate transactions - a purchase and a sale. She and her team are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her to my friends and coworkers when they ask who I've worked with in the San Diego real estate market. She is very punctual, which is a necessity in the current market conditions (regardless of what you hear about it being a buyers market). She has also had a lot of knowledge about the areas that we have been looking in. I will definitely use her as my realtor again in the future.
