Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Manassas Park, VA.
Peggy just helped us buy a single family home and is an AMAZING agent! She was wonderful through the whole process.She was always there if we needed to ask her something and if we wanted to see a house she was there to show us. She also helped us find a tenant for our townhouse, which was great! I would highly recomend Peggy, she really knows her stuff and the area. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Fredericksburg, VA.
After dealing with another realtor we were left feeling less than confident. First our realtor wanted us to lower the price of our house, then it was recommended for us to wait to put our house on the market for another 2 months (which we were told 3 days before we had agreed to post the house for sale). With my pregnant wife and I going out of town for 2 weeks (so we could be out of the house for showings) we were scrambling.
I called Peggy after hearing some rave reviews from other home owners in our development and she was AMAZING. Within 4 days our house was on the market, our confidence was restored, and a weight had been lifted. Thanks to Peggy's marketing and expertise our house was under contract in 6 days with a full-priced offer.

Sold a home in 2012.
Peggy James with Exit choice Realty was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to assist me simultaneously with the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new home. What I really found helpful was her ability to provide me with three options to consider when selling my old home of which no other realtor did. Additionally, she was there with me every step of the way answering any questions I had even when it came to what repairs needed to be completed and how to stage the home for showing.
I still find it amazing that she was able to sale my home in a week when there were other homes in my neighborhood that had been sitting on the market for months. Including two short sales directly across the street from my home. She also set down with me and answered any questions I had about the offers I received so that I was able to make an informed decision. She even provided suggestions as to the best way of relocating to the city where my new home was located so that my kids would be settled in their new schools and new routine by time we were able to move into our new home. I always felt like Mrs. James was looking out for my best interest even when it came to purchasing my new home. It never felt as if she was in it just for the money. She was even there with me for both settlements.
The hardest part about this whole process was packing and moving, because Mrs. James made the rest a breeze.…More Less
