Peggy just helped us buy a single family home and is an AMAZING agent! Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Woodbridge, VA.Summary:
If you are in the process of preparing to sell your house, the difference between selecting an average real-estate agent or a superstar can mean sleepless nights and cost you thousands of dollars. It can mean selling your home for top dollar in a short time span or spend months of lowering the price and never reaching your goal.
After our initial and follow-up meeting, we knew we had found our dynamo agent in Peggy James, an award-winning team member at Erick and Company or Exit 1st Choice Realty. In two weeks our home went under contract for the asking price. During that short time span there was constant traffic of potential buyers. No agent can guarantee that they will sell your home. But they can tell you what steps they will take to bring it to the attention of buyers. On our follow-on meeting with Ms. James, she had formulated her marketing plan grabbed our attention. Not only did Peggy assist us with selling our house and purchasing our new house, she accomplished this feat in one week. As our seller’s agent, her knowledge and sense of the market was “spot-on.” She advised us on a listing price that was on target and attracted the right kind of buyers that resulted in two good offers, both above asking price, within 48 hours. We were ecstatic with outcomes from both the sale and purchase and Peggy provided comfort, counsel, encouragement and timely updates throughout.
