Peggy just helped us buy a single family home and is an AMAZING agent! She was wonderful through the whole process.She was always there if we needed to ask her something and if we wanted to see a house she was there to show us. She also helped us find a tenant for our townhouse, which was great! I would highly recomend Peggy, she really knows her stuff and the area. She found us a great neighborhood that we didn't even know about, and it turned out to be the perfect place for us. We are so happy and i have to thank Peggy for that :)

Peggy James with Exit choice Realty was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to assist me simultaneously with the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new home. What I really found helpful was her ability to provide me with three options to consider when selling my old home of which no other realtor did. Additionally, she was there with me every step of the way answering any questions I had even when it came to what repairs needed to be completed and how to stage the home for showing.

I still find it amazing that she was able to sale my home in a week when there were other homes in my neighborhood that had been sitting on the market for months. Including two short sales directly across the street from my home. She also set down with me and answered any questions I had about the offers I received so that I was able to make an informed decision. She even provided suggestions as to the best way of relocating to the city where my new home was located so that my kids would be settled in their new schools and new routine by time we were able to move into our new home. I always felt like Mrs. James was looking out for my best interest even when it came to purchasing my new home. It never felt as if she was in it just for the money. She was even there with me for both settlements.

The hardest part about this whole process was packing and moving, because Mrs. James made the rest a breeze.

Within five days, Ms. James executed her marketing skills and had everything sold via craigslist. We were amazed how fast and smooth the selling process was executed. Again, Ms. is a true superstar with many talents.
