Hello, I am Marjie Van Der Laan, happy and thankful to be of one the very few fourth generation real estate brokers in the world. My family's involvement in real estate dates back to 1935, so I guess real estate is in my genes!  After working in real estate for two years in Southern California, I moved to the Pacific Northwest, and I love it here!

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in Multnomah, Portland, OR.

I met Marjie through a relative who used Marjie's services (and was very happy). I wanted to refinance my house and needed a professional opinion on what repairs to make for the biggest return. Marjie is extremely knowledgeable. We went through the whole house and discussed what needed to be done and strategies on how to do it. She even recommended some businesses she has used to do the work. Then, she summarized it all in a written report. I'm really impressed with the quality of her work. Also, she is just a nice person. Bought a home in 2014.
