Sold a home in 2013.
I loved working with Tamera because she REALLY cares about her clients. She was always easy to contact with any questions or concerns we had and was so kind. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Timnath, CO.
Tamera has sold two homes for us. She is very engaging, has wonderful communication skills, and is knowledgeable about the market and about assisting the client in knowing what needs to be done to sell your home. What I like most about Tamera is her wonderful personality and her work ethic. She will work hard for you! She works just as hard to sell a starter home as she does to sell a million dollar home. She will also work hard to find homes for people. I have referred her many times. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Fort Collins, CO.
Our house had been on the market for just over one year when we had considered taking it off completely and trying at a different time.
