Tami Fuller is an expert and her team is equally qualified. In addition to her infinite knowledge of the real estate market, Tami (and her team) listened and had a genuine enthusiasm for selling our home. There is no question that we would turn to her again for our real estate needs.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Point Loma Heights, San Diego, CA.
Tamil and her team were fantastic. We were first time home buyers working with a very tight budget but hoping to stay near or in Ocean Beach. We didn't know if it was doable but we were encouraged by Tsmi to stick with it and we'd find the right place. She also connected us with a great loan officer who helped tremendously. We were concerned slightly that because we were "small fish" that maybe we wouldn't get proper attention. But that was not the case at all. We were truly taken care if by Tamil and her team. Highly recommended!

Sold a home in 2012.
Tami recently sold 2 properties for us. The second one required more assistance since it was not a cash offer. Tami stepped in with the appraisal and was able to ensure the property's appraisal value reflected the market activity. She was available when needed and gave us knowledgeable responses to our questions/concerns. Her team was also helpful and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend her to anyone wishing to list a property in the Point Loma area.

Way above what you'd expect. Made things easier for me during a very difficult time.
She became a true friend. She was able to help me find a new place to live after the sale. She made contact either herself or thru her excellent crew.

Tami advised us on fix-up prior to listing and offered names of contractors who were great! She walked us through the whole process answering all of our questions along the way. Tami is a consummate professional with lots of patience, a generous spirit, and is always willing to make time for you. We (my gf and I) looked at lots of places over a two year period with Tami, and she never lost patience or treated us with anything less than warmth and kindness. She learned our tastes and found appropriate matches for us. During the escrow process, she was always available to offer advice or education about the process or paperwork. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new home to use Tami Fuller and her team.
