Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $575K in Newark, CA.
We would rate A for her communication, Negotiation skills, and Knowledge.
She will answer all the inquiries of the loan processes, and shoot down all anxiety that pops up during the loan process.
Tammy is not hesitate to negotiate with listing agent or seller to have the most discount or deduction from the original offer of contract. So, buyer will definitely see a big difference in price reduction between the original offer and the final acceptance.
PS: Honesty and enthusiasm are also found in Tammy.
Bought a Condo home in 2003 for approximately $350K in Cherry-Guardino, Fremont, CA.
With no house hunting or buying experience, I relied on Tammy heavily to find me a suitable place to call it home. Trying to locate a house and the buying process was like greek or foreign language to me, let alone, I was lost in the entire process. Tammy came through and guided me in each of the step from going to open house for viewing to making offers and counteroffers and eventually, signing loan document at the title company. We visited numerous houses over a span of period and she was always more than willing to go the distance to ensure that I find my dream house. She treated me with much respect and was very patience through the entire process.
Without her, I would still be renting, but thanks to her, I am a proud home owner.
Here are some of the reasonings why the transaciton went so smoothly. First and foremost, Tammy is very reponsive and provide very good guidence. She has been in the real estate field for years whether it be owning/renting it out and her eventual jump into being real estate agent. I can tell you that she knows her stuff and she knows the area very well. Her opinion are based on facts and her know-how of the real estate market. She has a strong ethical business background and always very professional.
Secondly, she is not happy until I am happy. I can tell you that I felt like I was driving her insane as we would go through one house to another and I said no.. I didn't like this, I didn't like that. Being that I was looking for my first home, it had to be the right one. I wanted the right location, I wanted the front door of the house to be facing a certain direction, I wanted the house number to be of certain number. I was a bit superstitious about certain things. From being a real picky perspective, I would rate me as being 9 out of 10. If she can handle me, I am sure she can handle anyone.
All in all, I have to say that I am fortunate to have come across Tammy and her assistance is invaluable to me. If I was ever in the real market again, Tammy would be the first person I call.

Bought a Multi Family home in 2010 for approximately $525K in Alameda, CA.
I brought a dup-plex in Alameda and Tammy was my Agent. I am very satisfied her service. She was always there when I had questions. She was willing to take me to see houses whenever I wanted to. She helped me to negotiate the price because she knew the market status (buyer’s market). I would love to refer her to my friends and relatives
Tammy helped me buy a dup-plex in San Jose. It is a foreclosed property and was in a very bad shape. We did the appraisal and inspection. She then negotiate the price down tremendously for me. I would love to help me again in the future.
