Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Fieldstone, Tulsa, OK.
I met Tammy when I looked at a home for which she was the listing agent. She asked me and my husband if she could be our buyer's agent. We were skeptical, as we'd already had some experience with realtors who wasted our time and didn't pay attention to our requirements -- which were lengthy. But Tammy impressed us immediately as being a top notch, detail oriented professional. We looked for a house for over 18 months -- and eventually found the perfect home! Tammy was always responsive and worked in our interest to help us find the best home for us at a reasonable price. She really knows the market and was always up front with us. Most important of all in this field -- Tammy Perry is ethical. Some agents will cut corners and do things that are not right to get a commission, but Tammy is a straight arrow. I don't want to move again, ever, but if I ever decide to sell my house, Tammy Perry will be my first call.
Tammy is an amazing real estate agent! We work with her regularly to both buy and sell our investment houses. She is an incredibly hard worker who listens to our needs and then works diligently to bring us opportunities as a buyer. When we are the seller, she is creative and aggressive (in the best way) when she lists our properties. She has wonderful and ingenious ideas to help get a property sold. She knows this market and what it takes to buy and sell houses here. Tammy is a joy to work with on a daily basis! She is more than willing to go the extra mile to help make our company successful!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Crescent, Tulsa, OK.
My husband and I were relocating from Illinois to Tulsa. We searched the various real estate websites and real estate agents in the Tulsa-Broken Arrow-Bixby, etc. area. We were fortunate enough to have located Tammy Perry. We had registered on her website and before we knew it we were contacted by Tammy via email offering to converse with us that evening via phone. We were impressed with Tammy's knowledge of the various areas in Oklahoma and once we provided her with our "must haves", the areas within Oklahoma were narrowed down to meet our needs. Please let us add that we are senior citizens; although very much active and luckily in fairly good physical shape. While Tammy offered to find us homes based upon our criteria, we wanted to do this on our own. We came up with a list of several homes, some of which were occupied and some of which were vacant and headed to Tulsa to meet Tammy. Tammy listens and is not pushy. We were just as impressed when we met her in person. We had accumulated a number of questions regarding Tulsa, OK and Tammy was able to answer most of those questions. What she didn't know, she said she would investigate and find out, which she did. One of the homes we were interested in was in a flood zone which had not been included on the listing and Tammy had contacted the selling realtor and obtained that information for us. She has a vast number of professionals from home inspectors to painters that she shared with us. She attended the home inspection as we needed to get back to Illinois. She was attentive to our needs and we were very comfortable being "out of state buyers". We were offered her "relocation" services, but since we had a home to sell in Illinois, we didn't need that service; although, if we had, we are confident that everything would go smoothly.
I've known Tammy for 10+ years. She was referred to me by a mutual friend as I was seeking knowledge regarding available residential real estate ($300K to $400K range) in the South Tulsa and surrounding area. I quickly became impressed with her depth and diverse knowledge of the market. We also talked about her commitment to her business. Tammy made me quite comfortable that she was/is a dedicated full-time real estate professional and NOT a part-timer. I am also a very busy person with a long-term career in sales and marketing. Tammy was very direct and efficient with her fact-finding skills and wasted no time targeting a select few homes that she knew fit the exact criteria that I was seeking. Tammy was amazing in her tireless efforts and soon directed me to the perfect home. Since that time, I've been fortunate to have witnessed Tammy in many different social and professional settings. She always displays a professional, positive attitude combined with a spectacular personality.
If you are seeking "the very best" in a professional real estate agent (either buying or selling) do yourself a favor and contact Tammy immediately! She makes the process very easy, simple, and enjoyable. Thank you Tammy!
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Broken Arrow, OK.
We found Tammy from the yard sign on the home we were purchasing. She was so great to work with that we used her to sell our old home. Tammy is creative and hard working. Don't hire her unless you're ready to move! Tom J.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Minshall Park, Tulsa, OK.
I met Tammy years before I listed my house at an open house. I was very impressed with her presentation and representation of the house. Years later I contacted her to list my house. We arrived at a reasonable price. She didn't try to get me to undersell it just for a quick sale as many agents try to do. The home sold quickly and I obtained the selling price I was looking for. More importantly Tammy showed very impressive skills in getting the sale completed. There were many difficult closing details due to a very unreasonable buyer. The same situation left to many agents I don't think the deal would have ultimately been closed. Due to long experience in this field and an innate talent for her profession I believe she got my house sold in a way that few agents would have been able to accomplish. Not because anything was wrong with the house or the price, but simply due to unusual problems with closing details. Also, throughout Tammy stayed in close contact with me and did not farm me out to some assistant. I had that experience with a prior house sale and did not appreciate talking with staffers who really couldn't tell me anything and had to keep checking with the boss. I can certainly say if you need to sell, Tammy is your gal.
