I had no idea where to begin my house search. I found Tammy on a sign outside a home. She had me come in to discuss the basics of home buying. 3 hours later after receiving the most thorough information I could ask for, I knew Tammy and her husband, Mike, would be very helpful. They were more than accommodating when I wanted to see even the worst of homes. Since they are so good, they have several clients. I feel that they were able to squeeze me in most of the time. Tammy ALWAYS answered her phone. Kate was very prompt on returning emails. Mike is a an expert inside the home! As I was going through houses thinking where I wanted to put my couch, he was explaining every detailed problem that I would have had to deal with. I was very satisfied with the Capozzi team, including Tammy, Mike, and Kate. My only suggestion is to open up your search options, I found my house outside my criteria because I was being a little too specific. I absolutely love my new home!

Tammy sold my home the first day it was on the market! She is excellent at what she does. Always professional and positive. Her husband Mike's extensive knowledge of home structure was a comfort to us. He knew what we didn't and was always responsive to our questions They made the process of selling a home and buying another seamless. I can't say how grateful we are that they were our real estate agents. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I can't think of a reason why anyone in WNY would contract with anyone else. No smoke and mirrors, just plain straight forward guidance peppered with a lot of integrity. Tammy knows her stuff, do not waste your time with anyone else!

Tammy is very friendly and personable. She was constantly sending us updates on new properties. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what to look for and what to be cautious about. This was my first home purchase, and I pretty much let her steer the situation the entire time. She didn't let me down, and I feel I got a great home for a great deal!

Tammy and her husband Mike are very knowledgeable about the local area. Mike has extensive knowledge about the structure of the properties and Tammy has superb research and negotiation skills. They will help you find a home in your price range and make sure you are getting a good deal and not overpaying. A hardworking agent, Tammy is usually very accessible through her email, phone and her assistants. Sometimes their may be delays in meeting at houses, but this is often due to Tammy's high demand in her's and Mikes services and we often didn't mind waiting. They were also patient with us, as our process involved looking at over probably 40 houses or more! Although we were more tech savvy and often gave them the houses we wanted to look at, Tammy often came up with some houses that fit our liking but didn't work out because of the sellers asking more than their worth. Otherwise, when we found our home Tammy did her research to be on top of offering a good bid and not insulting the sellers. It resulted in a quick negotiation and a fair price. We are happy with her's and Mike's services and will be consulting them in the future when it comes time to sell our property! Thanks!
