Seems every time I enquire about a property with a good price the listing is removed .

Answer
Zillow can be very helpful but when it comes to the real estate market... it is really local. That is where realtors ® are an asset. They have access to the local Multiple Listing Service and can send you lists of properties that are currently available. Some even offer a free Listingbook account which is free to both buyers and sellers. This way buyers can search for listings on their own with more accurate information and the buyer is not obligated to buy.Instead they can do their research and if they find a home that they like they can contact the realtor ® directly without pressure or obligation.®

changing title on house

Answer
This is a little late to respond but this may help someone else who is facing something similar. You should contact a title company directly. They will let you know exactly what you need to provide in order to sell after a decedent's death. That is the best way.In my experience I have worked with sellers who are children and one or both of their parents passed. They provided a copy of a death certificate and their will or trust docs to the title company then listed their parent(s) home for sale. You noted that there is no will. Therefore I suggest you contact a title company directly first.
