The correct price is what you are willing to pay for the house. This price should be based on what comparable properties in the same area have been sold for in the last 3 to 6 months. To get his number, your best bet is to ask a Realtor. Realtors are NOT paid by the Buyer, but, rather, by the Seller. Therefore, call a Realtor today so that you do not overpay for the property.
Nichelle, If paying cash for a home, then your credit score will not be an issue. If paying cash for a condo, then your credit score may become an issue. Most condo associations will run a credit, work, and backround check on you. Nevertheless, usually it will not be an issue as long as you can show that you have at least 6 months to one year's worth of the condo assoication dues available in your bank account.Best regards,Ellen TaracidoEWM RealtorsFort Lauderdale, Florida
Hi Cello,South Florida has endless possibilities on where to live. It would be a great help if you could narrow things down a bit. Like do you want live in a house? Condo? Townhouse? Do you want to live near the beach or do you want to live inland? Are there certain towns or areas in which you have been and would like to concentrate on? The more details, the better! Please email me with details at mail@taracidorealestate.com and I would love to help!Cheers!Ellen TaracidoRealtorEWM Realtor
