Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $375K in Clinton, Oakland, CA.

Taylor is an Ace. He was recommended to me by a friend and former agent. It was a great decision to work with him. He helped me sell my home quickly and for way over asking price. He knows the market and got me through the ins and outs and the ups and downs of the sale - and there were a few. He was also very easy to work with. I recommend him highly!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $725K in Santa Fe, Oakland, CA.

I don't think we would have made it through the entire home-buying process with our sanity intact without Taylor. His knowledge of Oakland trends and all of the myriad details one needs to consider when buying a home is impressive. He had thorough and comprehensive answers for all of our questions and he helped us cut through a lot of information to determine what we really wanted to find in our home. He also has relationships with many professionals in the area and has made solid recommendations to us as we work to get our home updated and improved.

Taylor is highly professional and makes touring houses and slogging through all of the paperwork and red tape of real estate fun and effortless. I highly recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell a home in the East Bay!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Longfellow, Oakland, CA.

Taylor was always responsive, always looking out for our interests, and had the knowledge and experience that greatly helped us out as first time home buyers. From "kicking the tires" when walking through a home showing, to keeping us informed of comparable sales and what was happening in our desired neighborhood, we always felt like we were getting top level service and attention.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Longfellow, Oakland, CA.

We had been casually looking for a couple years and had taken a long break after parting ways with our last realtor. Taylor was awesome from the get go.

He isn't a plastic BS salesman just trying to put you in a house. He doesn't try to get you excited about property you are not interested in. He is highly responsive and knows his way around Oakland and the way that market is developing.

As first time buyer noobz that are not very hip to the hidden nuances of what to look for, Taylor was a great asset. She was not scared to stick his head into a crawl space and point out some things. He made some great recommendations on strategies to employ on offers and of other people to work with once deals were in place (like inspectors).

Also he is highly patient. I was starting to get nervous we were going to hit the point (as we did with our first agent) where we got the vibe of "oh come on - just buy something already" but he was always super cool and never pushy.

Highly recommended. If fact he has turned into a good friend and neighbor (he lives in our area) and is invited to all our BBQs and social events.

Bought a home in 2009.

Taylor was my real estate agent for the purchase of my first home. Not only did he enable me to buy my beloved condo, but he made the process incredibly friendly to me as a complete stranger and beginner to the world of real estate. He was professional, effective, and incredibly responsive and sympathetic to my emotional and practical needs throughout the whole process. Thank you Taylor for making the dream of home-ownership a reality!

Sold a home in 2012.

I can't begin to say enough good things about my experience working with Taylor Sublett of Dot Reality. Taylor patiently walked me through the stressful process of short selling my Oakland condo. He was everything you'd wish for in an agent knowledgeable, honest, attentive and someone who'd go to bat for you. Talor answered all of my questions without making me feel incompetent. I'd recommend Taylor Sublett to anyone wanting to buy or sell. I can't imagine a better agent

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Grand Lake, Oakland, CA.

Taylor was instrumental in making sure my condo short sale got finalized, even though I now live in LA. He was kind and able to deal with all kinds of personalities in order to manage the process, since the condo was tenant-occupied.

I would recommend him again in a heartbeat.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Downtown, Oakland, CA.

Taylor made a somewhat daunting and stressful experience smooth and effortless. His approach is both friendly and professional - a combination that we were really looking for. While he wasn't an expert in VA loans he took on the challenge and dealt with issues that came up in a professional manner. He really went above and beyond our expectations and we would recommend his services without hesitation.

Bought a home in 2012.

During the course of my home search, I considered various options. I was looking at both single family homes and two to three unit properties. I even briefly considered buying land, after the first place I put an offer in promptly burned to the ground! Taylor was great to work with. He was easygoing and patient as I clarified what I wanted. He was not afraid to roll up his sleeves poke around to see what kind of flooring was under a carpet, etc. He gave his opinion about various properties in a low-pressure way that allowed me to come to my own conclusion. He pointed out serious concerns but had a positive attitude when a place seemed to primarily need cosmetic work. When the time came, he arranged for inspections with knowledgeable people who were also easy to work with. Working with Taylor helped make the process of buying a home relatively easy for me.

Bought a home in 2012.

Taylor helped us achieve our dream of getting our first home just in time for receiving our baby. I loved his approach as a realtor; to the point and professional. All my questions were promptly answered and he was available at all times to talk about all my doubts. Thanks Taylor!
