Showed home in 2011 in Redding Ridge, Redding, CT 06896.
My husband and I live in a nearby community, but we wanted to move to Ridgefield because it's a wonderful town with so much to offer its residents. By chance we saw an advertisement for a home that looked interesting so we called the listing agent and met Jane and JoAnn. How lucky we were!! We were so dreading the prospect of going through the process of buying another home, but Jane and JoAnn have been so great to work with. They have been so professional and knowledgeable and responsive to our particular needs. When we've had questions about a property we've seen, Jane or JoAnn would have answers for us by the next day. Even though we've not yet found what we're looking for, we know Jane and JoAnn are working hard to find us the best place available that fits our specific situation!

Sold a home in 2005.
Not only did JoAnn Kish and Jane Scarbrough sell my home quickly and thoroughly, they did it with respect and professionalism. Informative, constantly in touch and with smart advice on staging their many years in the business gave me the peace of mind I needed to make my move. Their honest approach to negotiations also secured me the new home I love making it within my reach. What could have been a trying experience instead flowed smoothly with these two professionals who truly care about their clients.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $425K in Danbury, CT.
There is no reason not to choose Kish/Scarbrough. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and responsive. They helped us find the perfect home for our first home purchase, and they made a potentially extremely nerve-wracking experience a very enjoyable one. Everyone should use Kish/Scarbrough, they're the best!
