Pam Ratcliffe and her team were professional and excellent in everyway. She was able to sell our home quickly and at a fair price. She went the "extra mile" in every situation and was personally responsible for making our deal work. I HIGHLY recommend her for any real estate needs!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Eastlake Land Swap, Chula Vista, CA.
We recently worked with Pam Ratcliffe and Sharon Garcia on the sale of our home, and we're so glad we did! Pam really makes you feel as if you have become part of her family the minute you start working with her, but don't let her sweet mannerisms and charm fool you - she is a shrewd, knowledgeable agent who takes a lot of pride in doing what's best for her clients. She got us top dollar for our home and saved us a ton of time and effort through her cagey negotiations during the sale process. Her team had their ducks in a row where policies and procedures were concerned, and there were no loose ends to derail the sale. Absolutely recommended.
Joe was very patient and knowledgeable in our search for a condo in La Jolla.
We never felt pressure to place an offer and he always made himself available to show us homes. We visited a lot of units.
We was impressed by Joe's focus on value. Joe's sense of value comes from seeing the entire process of buying a house, from looking and making an offer to closing and moving in. Each home is different, and Joe's goal is simply to be responsive to buyer's needs. Joe is really a listener.
The escrow process itself was super smooth. Joe solved all tricky problems we got with our untruthful seller, who didn't disclose everything. Joe recommended great inspectors and there were no problems with any of the paperwork!
We had a great experience working with Joe and we are extremely happy with the house we got.

Look no further if you’re selling or buying a home! We found Pam online based on all the great reviews and she is a true professional and the real deal!
Pam recently sold our rental property and she got us $35k more than what we were hoping for. My wife and I called and interviewed numerous agents and most of the agents didn’t bother or were too lazy to come out to see our property. The very first thing most agents would ask over the phone was, “how much do you think your house is worth?” When we called Pam, the first thing that came out of her mouth was, “when can I see the house?” With Pam we never talked numbers over the phone until after she looked at the property. Nowadays anybody can go on some of the online sites like Zillow or sdlookup to get some ideas how much their house is worth, but we want an “expert” who can come out to look at our property and give us a better estimate/value.
After meeting with Pam at our property, we knew she was the best choice for us. Most agents didn’t think we could get over $380k for our home without even seeing the property. After Pam did a walkthrough of the property, she advised that we list our home between $399k to $440k. The second day after the house went on the market we had an offer for $415k and escrow was closed in 30 days! Thank you, Pam, for the easy and smooth transaction!

LOOK NO FURTHER -- SPREAD THE WORD Team Ratcliffe -- second to NONE! Bottom line: Husband & I purchased our 4bdrm/2ba (circa 1973) w/attached garage, single family home in Logan Heights summer 2007; fast forward to 2012; extenuating circumstances dictated we either foreclose or short sale. Pamela Ratcliffe's HONESTY (both personal and professional), reassuring presence and considerable experience and expertise deemed our home marketable, and it SOLD! Detailed story: Once contacted, immediately Miss Pam made an appointment to come out personally to our home; she patiently listened to our sad story, answered our many questions, and assessed our situation/home. Her recommendation: Short Sale. When we asked about Short Sale vs. Foreclosure, Miss Pam the provided us names of reputable Foreclosure Attorneys; Husband and I consulted with John Enoch, Esq. (I strongly/highly recommend him if that is your route), who explained at length and in great detail, the pro's & con's betwixt the two. As far as the loss of our tax shelter, Miss Pam also provided the names of reputable CPA's to consult and assist with our tax consequences/preparation questions. Reviewers, Pamela Ratcliffe is well connected, her reputation is excellent -- the woman herself is greatly respected and held in highly regard by the two very experienced and seasoned professionals we consulted with. There was never any pressure to short sale vs. foreclose, and Miss Pam assured us whatever our decision, she respected it. We decided to short sale. Miss Pam listed the property approximately 08/2012, showed it to 4 prospective buyers, and basically sold 10/2012. Miss Pam and her awesome assistants, Lysette G. and Pablo, guided us through the confusing & tedious process, simplifying terms and explaining the mountains of forms to fill out, worked around our crazy work/home schedules to show the home to prospective buyers -- ever mindful of our 2 kitty babies' safety, and is always literally available 24/7 personally/electronically. Phone calls returned, emails/voicemails/texts left/answered -- never a question unanswered. Reassurances, ALWAYS!!! Miss Pam's M.O. is to never show your home to "Lookie-Lou's". Whenever business took Miss Pam out of town, Lysette G. & Pablo's handling of our file is seamless -- nothing stopped and they handled the interactions between Seller, Buyer, Short Sale Solutions Agent (Jacalyn B.), and Mortgage Lender. Reviewers, if you want a Real Estate Agent who is honest, compassionate, patient, has incredible work ethic, will aggressively, relentlessly, and cheerfully work with/for you -- and is supported by knowledgeable and professional assistants, look no further. Pamela Ratcliffe -- Team Ratcliffe is the ONLY way to go. DON'T BUY/SELL WITHOUT THEM! Thank you, Miss Pam/Team Ratcliffe!
Finding Pam Ratcliffe was an absolute godsend. From the moment we met her, we knew she was the perfect agent for us. Every step of the way Pam exemplified flexibility, patience, and the utmost kindness. Her assistant Lysette also deserves kudos as well since she was there for us every step of the way. As other reviewers have mentioned, Pam has a special way of making one feel like more than a client. Pam instantly made us feel like we were part of her family. If you’re looking for a great agent to work with, make sure you don’t pass on this gem. Thank you Pam for all of your hard work and dedication. We love our new home and thank you for making it all a reality!
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $550K in Otay Ranch, Chula Vista, CA.
Pam Ratcliffe is a phenomenal agent. She has nothing but the clients interests in mind. She is knowledgeable, experienced, communicative and works within the parameters you give to her. Being fairly new to the real estate market, I always felt comfortable asking her questions and trusted that she would steer me right. And so she did.
Pam was extremely helpful when it came down to getting the nitty gritty done to prepare the place for showings and get the highest bid for my place.
I highly recommend working with Pam, as I would not hesitate to work with her again once I am ready to buy a new home.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Chula Vista, CA.
Pam Ratcliffe doesn't just sell real estate. She lives it! What delight she takes in matching client with home, and what extraordinary lengths she goes to in making sure the fit is right! Her knowledge and experience are vast, matched in equal measure by her instinct and compassion. A client is much more than a business prospect for Pam: she treated us with the care she might extend to a family member. Despite her frenetic schedule and constantly ringing phone, she is attentive to every individual’s needs and responds to every issue quickly and with full focus. She is supportive during the anxious moments and always ready with useful advice. Other realtors respect her and have confidence that she and her excellent staff will handle each transaction with competently and efficiently. The confidence and trust this team generates gives her clients a big advantage in competitive bidding situations. Pam knows how to negotiate a fair deal for her clients, when to insist, when to compromise, when to walk away.
Need a home inspector, a termite company, a plumber, a roofer, a heating technician? She steers you to the best, and because these professionals value their association with Pam so highly, they will go well out their way to help. Need financing? She sends you to a master of the mortgage industry. It doesn’t stop there. When I was suddenly hospitalized for a few days during a critical phase of negotiations for our new home, Pam called us twice a day – not to talk business, but out of concern. She then set up an appointment for follow-up care with a superb doctor. (His schedule was full, but he took me as a patient because of her request.)
Pam’s success is a reflection of who she is. She does not define “success” in terms of the bottom line, but in the relationships she creates in the process of her work, and her award-winning career achievements flow from that approach. All who deal with her recognize her skill, her unquestionable integrity and genuine feeling for the people she works with. My wife and I are very happy with the home we purchased through Pam Ratcliffe, and we look forward to an enduring friendship with her.
