Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in New Windsor, NY.
I have known Suzanne for many years. She has helped me both purchase and sell a home. She is a smart, confident and very personable realtor who knows her business. Someone you can TRUST to tell you the truth, and NOT give you false hopes, that may lead to disappointment. I have recommended her in the past and will continue to do so. You want the BEST? Bought a Cooperative home in 2009 in New Windsor, NY.
Suzanne Sweeney was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge and professionalism was second to none. She was not like most agents who seem to want to "tell you what you wan't to hear". She knows the real estate business better then 99% of the agents out there and I look forward to the possibility of working with her again in the future. I'd give her 10 stars!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in New Windsor, NY.
From first meeting with Suzanne, I was impressed. I had already contacted two other agents and did not feel they were nearly as responsive or caring as Suzanne. Within a few days, she presented us with a detailed comparative analysis. Whenever an issue arose that we needed reliable, prompt help with - painting, repairs, a good attorney... she had ready recommendations who came through in a timely, pleasant manner. One of our contractors was so impressed with her, he recommended her to a relative who was looking to sell their property. She was always professional but also very pleasant to work with.
