In 2006, Peter, a top producer in the Gold Coast Office, was recognized by his fellow agents as the recipient of the “Norma Strey Koenig Award,” an acknowledgement for his contributions in creating a positive, professional and congenial environment in the support of his fellow realtors. His unique, effective approach to marketing properties was featured in an article in the Metro Chicago Real Estate Magazine. He is one of the elite members of “Who’s Who In Real Estate.” For the last three years, Peter has sold more properties than any real estate professional in the Koenig & Strey Gold Coast Office.
2007 and 2008 have been challenging years in the Real Estate industry. Peter has demonstrated that excellent marketing, strong sales skills, focus, and a passion for his clients deliver results. Last year Peter has sold closed over 70 transactions, leading the office in units sold. This year he again is in the front position in units listed and units sold. In the second quarter alone, he adds a third accomplishment, the highest closed revenue of any agent in Koenig & Strey’s Gold Coast Office.
