Barbara has been licensed to sell real estate since 1973, and has been an Alaska resident for 45 years. Seventy-five percent of Barbara's Business is repeat and referral. She is a consistent multimillion dollar producer. In 2005 her listings closed at 99% of the listed price and 35% of her production were her own listings which she sold.

Dwight Bowden

Dwight was a mortgage banker in Anchorage for five years prior to being licensed to sell real estate in 1968 and opened Bowden Co. Realtors October 1971.

Since that time Dwight has been involved in residential building, property management, subdivision development, and appraisals of both residential and commercial properties. Dwight currently holds these designations as a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Dwight has received the "Jerry Award", For his fund rasing efforts for Muscular Dystrophy (MDA). He has also served as director of the Home Builders Association of Alaska, And as Chairman of the Membership Committee, as well as serving on the Professional Standards Committee, both local and statewide.
