Bought a home in 2013.
Working with Chris and his Assistant, Stephanie, was a great experience. My goal, as a real estate attorney, is to have great communication in every real estate deal that I am involved with. From day one, their team sent me everything needed as far as documents and contacts. They were very prompt in returning emails, and I could always reach one or both of their team members on the phone. They were on top of every report and very efficient at solving problems and getting quotes for testing. This made my job very easy and made our client at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend Team Chris Peters.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Buffalo Grove, IL.
I felt like I was shopping for a home with a friend at my side; This particular friend just happened to be ready, willing and able to get me into the houses I wanted to see. It took me months to figure out what I was looking for and then to find it and Chris never wavered in his willingness to be at my side. He was never more than a phonecall away.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Wauconda, IL.
I thought Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful in the home buying process. Chris made the whole process simpler for my wife and myself.

Showed home in 2011 in Lake Zurich, IL.
I contacted Chris when I first moved to Chicago for a job in the Summer of 2011. Since I am not from the Chicago area, I was very worried about finding a good agent to help me find a home. I could not have been more lucky to find Chris. His patience, knowledge of the area, and great sense of humor made the whole experience a great one! We never felt pressured and he could answer every question we had without any hesitation. Since moving here, I have recommend Chris to two friends selling their home and they both felt the same as I did. I don't think it is hard to find a good real estate agent, but it is very easy to find a bad one! Chris is definitely the best agent I have ever worked with!

Sold a home in 2012.
Chris Peters sent me constant information on new homes that met my requirements. He
was very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking in. He spent a great deal of time showing us the houses we liked and did not waste our time showing us houses that were not what we were looking for. Chris also suggested areas that we had not even thought of, actually it was one of those areas that we purchased in. If you picked Chris as your agent, I feel he will find you just what you are looking for.

Bought a home in 2012.
I moved to Connecticut and when it was time to list my home and buy my dream lot on the long island sound Chris was there to advise me through all the transactions. He helped me find a listing agent and understand contract terms and commissions and advised on the buying steps and closing process. I would recommend Chris as an expert in his field no matter the location. Chris has a great ability to come up with creative solutions to get the right buyer and close on your dream home. I am grateful to have had Chris's team on my side!
