Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Haslet, TX.
I was moving from another city and did not know the area of DFW. I contacted several agencies asking for help. I did not get responses right away from any of them. Then I contacted Tad Kirkpatrick. He not only contacted me back immediately he explained the area and gave me helpful tips on how to look for that "perfect" home. I did as he suggested and when I arrived in the DFW area I contacted Tad and he set me up with one of his agents. She was very knowledgeable and help guide me to the perfect place! Bought a home in 2012.
Great people to work with who never pressure you, and really take the time to grasp what you're looking for and tailor searches to that. Also very knowledgeable about the process and act as good guides through what can be, at times, an exhausting, discouraging process.

The buying process became complicated and at several points looked as if the deal may fall through. However Tad and his team were always quick to react to changing circumstances to find a way to get the deal done at every turn.
