Sold a home in 2011.
We were not really looking to list with Nancy & Darrell, but interviewed them along with four other area Realtors. We quickly changed our minds after we interviewed Darrell Wiard due to his infectuos enthusiasm, especially for our property. Nancy Crain took the best pictures we have ever seen of a property and subsequently prepared an outstanding Virtual Tour. Until Nancy's Tour of our home we had never seen one we thought was worth watching . . . even told her not to bother. However, we quickly changed our minds after viewing "our Tour." Darrell, especially, and Nancy handled a "double offer" on our property just after Hurricane Irene in an outstanding manner. Without them we might have fallen through the current Real Estate Market's tri-fecta pit: Inspectors, Appraisers, and unreasonable Buyer's Agents. In closing, we highly recommended Darrell & Nancy to some of our best friends in Oriental, NC, who just listed their home with Darrell & Nancy.…More Less

Bought a home in 2011.
Nancy Crain and Darrell Wiard are nothing short of the best. They did EVERYTHING that they could do to help us in our quest for the right place. They encouraged us to ask questions, and we did. On rare occasion, if they did not know the answer, they would research it, something we never expected. They left no stone unturned in helping us to find good prospects and then to aid us in evaluating them. They are a warm and friendly team that could not have been more positive and helpful in our search and bring it finally to closing.
