Team Spady is a professional group of peaple. They are very knowledgeable about the Real Estate Laws and process of buying and selling homes. Very pleasant to work with, they will strive to sell and/or find you your "dream" home. Would definitely recommend!!

Sold a home in 2012.
I do not live in California, but Judy was a great help to me selling my brother's home in San Diego. She provided me with advice and resources in making physical improvements that expedited the sale and increased the price of the property. Thanks to Judy and her whole team, a very difficult project for me was accomplished in the shortest amount of time with great results.

I had a great experience with Team Spady. Although my situation was a complicated one, Jake and Judy made the process as simple and hassle free as possible. Jake always promptly made time to show us homes we wanted to see and Judy was able to expertly answer any questions I had about the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

Sold a home in 2012.
Judy and her staff sold my NE Clairemont home in September of 2012. We made the decision to sell extremely quickly, but nevertheless Judy supported our timeframe and got the house listed on our target date, prior to Labor Day weekend. By Monday we had secured multiple offers. She did a fantastic job managing the buyers, taking active measures that ensure buyer financing went through. She knows the Clairemont market better than anyone. Customer service is 100%. I would highly recommend her.

My wife and I were very pleased on the results from the start to the end result.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in La Mesa, CA.
Judy Spady and team help our family sell my mothers house when she passed away. I'm living in Colorado so I didn't have too much interaction, but what I heard from my siblings, things went smooth. One thing that is done here in Colorado (not sure about California) when the seller's agent and buyers agent are the same, the commission is only 4%. Something they should have thought about to help us reduce the commissions paid.
