I originally reached out to Michael Tiller in order to see how much I should reasonably expect my property to sell for. He offered to buy it himself, but said that he couldn't offer me near the price I was asking, and also said he wouldn't be able to finalize the deal for a few months. His office sent me an initial contract, and we agreed to one change in the contract. After that, I could not get a response from Tiller or his office. I contacted another realtor shortly after, and sold the property before Michael Tiller had said he'd be able to, for literally tens of thousands of dollars more. I would caution anyone to get a second opinion before doing business with this gentleman.
