pwildcon- it wouldn't hurt to be the first agent on your zip code to be on the site, it is a lot of informtaion to log in, but one person buying a house from you off the site makes it worth it.
I'm talking about investors that are buying today they will be screwed if you lower everyones houses prices, not the investors that bought a few years ago.
also doesn’t consider the investors that have been buying the foreclosures are now not in the houses as well as they were before your plan would go into affect.
i know about normal hedge funds and the economic situation we are in now so I'm thinking this can't be a good idea, what do other Realtors think?

I read in the newspaper this weekend that there are web sites that rank Real Estate agents online! I logged on to see what I was ranked. Well, they dont pull facts from the MLS they rank you based on the information you log under your account. This doesn't seem like a accurate way to log information. I just had a friend that was laid off at AIG Baker, he was a engineer in the planning department for new commercial buildings. They have put a freeze on all building and he lost his job along with several others that worked there.
