Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Temecula, CA.
We were unsure about the short sale process and ours was a little more difficult with tenants and a third loan on the home. Sidney assured us he could do it and he did. He is probably if not the most responsive professional person I have encountered. He responds to emails within minutes and phone calls too. We lived 6 hours from the home we were selling and he went above and beyond with checking on the house to make sure the landscape and pool were up to par. He went above and I would highly recommend him if you are thinking of a short sale or traditional sale.

Sold a home in 2011.
I'm writing today to tell everyone that Sidney and his team are experts in short sales. He guided us through the process in an exceptional and thorough manner. He had several strategies to selling our house and was able to secure a qualified buyer with a two hour open house. There were no more showings or open houses needed. Our privacy and daily routine were not interrupted. All documents were done through his office with minimal requirements from us. Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Temecula, CA.
For me, a Chinese investor who purchased two houses in Murrieta and Temecula, Sidney Kutchuk is the best real estate agent who I have ever met. He and his team helped me tremendously in purchasing and managing the properties. He has the best rehab team with unbeatable rehab qoute, find the excellent tenant, rent out my income properties in lightning speed. Rental cap rate is more than 10%. He is so professional, reliable, and considerate. I strongly recommend that you should come to him if you gonna buy a house whatever your are from overseas or domestic. Sidney and his team is the only one that I can trust. You choose Sidney, you choose the peace of mind.

Sidney and his crew were fantastic from the first phone call until the close of escrow. His initial information was true and correct and he made the whole short sale experience very easy. We were all done in about 3 months, with no hassles or problems at all. We never had to do an open house, as the first client he brought to the house made a full price, cash offer. We were never contacted by our lenders. All calls and emails were answered promptly and with the appropriate information. Bottom line.... if you really want to sell your house in this market, Sidney is the one to hire.

I was extremely happy with the work Sidney Kutchuk and Valerie Carlson did for me. After spending over two years trying to get a loan modification with my bank with no success, I decided to short sale my home. Sidney immediately responded back to me and was very helpful and presented his knowledge about the short sale process. He also made me aware of all of my options. I heard from others that short selling a home is very complicated and stressful. Sidney and Valerie took the stress out of the process and handle everything for me. They negotiated with both of my lenders and was very helpful explaining anything I didn't quite understand. My home sold in four months and my family and I were able to make a new start.
