Sold a home in 2012.

Summary:

Teresa is head-and-shoulders above the couple of Realtors we've used over the years. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, and is dedicated to her clients. She brought many comparable properties with her the very first time we met, had already pulled our tax records, had forms with her (just in case), and she did not hold back when it came time to do the hard things - like pricing our home.

Teresa gets back to you when she says she will! She doesn't promise you one thing and then do another. She took countless phone calls and texts from us and I don't think we EVER got a voice mail. She actually answered her phone when we called!

Teresa is not intimidated by a recovering economy -- she aggressively priced and advertised our home. She gave us everything that the larger franchise real estate companies would have provided - with better service! I wouldn't have any other realtor!…More Less
