I attempted to sell my estate home a few months previous to this transaction and was disappointed with the efforts and results with a "recommended" agent. My wife and I chose to bring in Teri Arbogast and were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the local real estate markets as well as the depth and experience of Teri and her team. Our initial plan was to rent the property and wait for the market to improve. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $775K in Davie, FL.Summary:
We contacted Teri to sell our house, after interviewing 3 other agents and reviewing all the information, Teri won us over with her go for it personality and professional way she prepared and handled the presentation. She sent out her team to photograph and list our home, giving us insight on how to present it. She then listed our home, the next day we had 3 tours set up, 2 days later we had our first offer, then the next day another offer. We left the negotiating to Teri and she handled it beautifully. It is very stressful to sell your home after 15yrs and raising your family there, she made it so much easier. She walked us through the inspection, appraisal, and finally the closing keeping us up to date each step of the way. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Miramar, FL.Summary:
We hired Kathy Martins for our house hunting project back in May 2011, and we closed on our house in January 2012. During this time, Kathy has been very professional and patient. She recommended good properties that were within our budget and was willing to work around our schedules. We signed contract for more than once on different properties and didn't work out for various reasons. Kathy was very patient and kept looking other properties for us. Kathy also checked on us after closing to make sure everything goes well. We had some issue with the seller after we closed our house, and she kept contacting the seller until the issue was solved. In conclusion, Kathy is the best realtor I have ever met, she provides excellent service to her clients. We really appreciate all her effort in finding us a very nice house in West Miramar.
