Bought a home in 2011.
Such a great agent, and a pleasure to work with! Whenever we had a question, she was right there to answer it knowledgably. We must have toured at least 30 different homes during our search, and she was always willing and available to accomodate us. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
My wife and I can not imagine having a more positive home buying AND selling experience than we had while working with Teri. After patiently working with us for months, Teri found us the perfect house. Throughout the search, offer, and closing processes, Teri was always available to answer questions, explain documents, and offer her expertise.
After buying our new house, we gave Teri the tough task of trying to sell our previous house as soon as possible. She accepted the challenge with open arms and immediately began helping us stage the house and suggesting minor updates/fixes for optimal showings. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Atlantic Beach, FL.
Ms Davis is by far the most outstanding agent that I've ever been associated with. She is truly wonderful and always available. I had to ask her once if she ever slept. During our home purchase a disagreement arose between us and the buyer that turned out to be the fault of the other agent. The sellers started using Teri to help them close the deal. Here it is 18 months later and I still call Teri from time to time about different issues and she takes the time to locate someone to help me solve my problems.
