Everyday the newspapers run stories about the real estate market headed to the bottom. Are we even close to it? What do you think?

I have not found anything other than the info on our website. I'd like to see more sites out there and read what others are offering to buyers and sellers.
I have agents concentrating on Short Sales. I would like feedback relating to the experience buyers or buyers' agents have had involving short sales. What has your experience been with the lenders and if so, which lenders have you dealt with in the past? Do you handle the processing yourself or use a third party company, if so who do you reccommend?

Are you a Realtor in South Florida?
I would like to find out who is using this site in South Florida and what your thoughts are about it. Please reply to this post if you are local South Florida Realtor. I think we should carve out a section specifically for our unique market. Does anyone have ideas on this matter?
There is a real problem with the traffic in Aventura. I would like to hear where you have experienced the worst traffic. We all have those moments where we think this or that corner is always packed with cars. Let's hear what you think so that myself and others can avoid those areas at certain times.
There are many topics and members from all over the country on this site. I would like to get feedback from those in South Florida and anyone else who is interested in South Florida real estate.

Everybody talks about short sales???
I hear everyone speaking about short sales. What's the craze? Can anyone tell me if they closed a short sale? How long did it take?
