Showed home in 2012 in Vancouver, WA.
She was a no-show at an appointment we'd scheduled to see a house. Her attitude afterwards was unapologetic, arrogant and unprofessional.

Her team tried to push Terrie's listings, which seem to be significantly overpriced relative to the market. If you take a look at flyers for her listings, they are all about Terrie and not about the property.

She's a good self-promoter, but I decided to work with someone else.

My wife and I were moving to the area from across the country. We were referred to Terri by our agent how helped sell our home (loved him) and also found her representing a home on Zillow and reached out through Zillow given the support from our agent who helped sell our home. It was our understanding that Terri is a top performing agent in our new area and we were looking for someone that could help us find a house quickly that met our needs (we are now renting - read more to find out why)

Terri has a very direct communication style and can quickly turn you off if you do not appear to be someone looking to buy a house in the next couple weeks. She seems very focused on the volume of homes she sells through her company and not the actual needs of her customers.

Terri is well informed on the local housing values and can likely help someone who is in a hurry to find a house who already knows what they want. She seemed to know about short sales and other depressed property sales processes at least enough to sound professional but we did not move forward with her so we can only state that she talked about it but we did not see it executed against.

We had 2 major challenges with Terri that drove our decision to rent vs. buy.

1) She only sent property information to us on homes that she represented as the selling agent. 2) We were moving here with our family (3 children) from across the country and had no local knowledge. We needed to know what price range would be appropriate for us and details about schools. Terri first wanted to know our price range (which we could not give her because we did not know what specific prices would provide). I got the distinct impression that she was trying to find out if we where worth her time but that is my opinion based on a feeling. For a fact, Terri could not help us with any local education information. Terri did not know about school rankings, test scores or details about the tenure of the administrative staff of the public schools. We did all the research before talking with Terri and we were taken back that the highest priced homes in an area also had the worst performing elementary school in the district and Terri was saying how good the school was. So if you are looking for an agent that can help you find a great place for a family with elementary children to grow up, Terri would not be my recommendation. I recall her telling me that she does not have children so her lack of knowledge of the schools might be understandable except that she is in real estate and real estate is a local business.

Since we needed to learn about the area details related to moving our family into the area from across the country on our own, we decided to rent a house in a nice area for a year to allow us to find a place on that matched our needs.

We will continue to use Zillow and other on-line sites to learn about home prices in the area so that we can be a better representative of our needs.

Sold a Multi Family home in 2014 for approximately $675K in Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA.
Terrie sold our waterfront condo in a difficult market with several competing properties also available at the time. She also represented us in the purchase of our new home, the closing of which was simultaneous with the closing of our former condo. She advertises more than any real estate broker in our market as far as I can tell, and her success reflects it. She is THE go to broker for high end and waterfront homes in the Clark County market. In addition to her obvious personal success, she has a top, very professional staff supporting her brokerage. They were efficient, kept us informed and we avoided the dreaded lockbox. All in all it was a very professional and successful real estate transaction thanks to Terrie and her staff!

Bought a home in 2014.
From the first time we met Terrie, we knew we were in good hands. Terrie was very knowledgable about the area and was extremely prepared for our first meeting. The first day we looked at several homes around the Vancouver-Woodland vicinity so we could get a good feel for the surrounding areas. She was instrumental in helping us find just the "right" house and made it happen without going over our budget. In addition, the assistants in her office were the best. Very knowledgable and hard working. It wasn't unusual to receive e-mails from Terri's office well before or after normal working hours. We could not have asked for better representation.

Terrie and her team were great from start to finish. We were selling our house from out of town and they definitely went out of their way to take care of everything we needed and weren't able to handle from afar. The communication from start to finish was amazing as I had daily updates on everything from the feedback of those who looked at our house, to updates on the advertising and reach Terrie was getting on our listing. First class service all of the way in a tough market and we would recommend her in a second. Thanks again to the whole group over there!

Terrie was excellent and is very knowledgeable about real estate. After spending a day with us, she knew exactly what to look for. We trusted her so much that we purchased our home while in Pittsburgh! :)

Her job was just beginning when we recieved offers. Without the support of her assistant Pam and others on her team we would not have sold our property.

She has the best staff and workers that I have ever seen. I liked her stile. She put our house on the web with the best pictures I have seen taken of any house. She had great workers that spent days staging our hame for the pictures. When we were ready to list if only took 10 days to sell and 21 days to get out. Hows that for a sale?

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Camas, WA.
Working directly with the listing agent to buy a property is a more efficient way to reach a deal. I did some research before calling her office. From the beginning, I made myself clear that I would like to be honest and straight forward on this business deal. We respected and trusted each other. The whole process took less than 4 weeks to close the deal.
