    We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Pinehaven Estates, Clinton, MS 39056
    I inquired about a house, I have a 825 credit score, 40,000. to put down she didn't seem to take me seriously, when I asked lot size, she said average... where i live now 2ac. is average in my subdivison. the house had a pool, when I asked what size...again average? I never heard from her again. a poor experence. maybe it was a bad day for her, and me too.…More Less

    I can honestly say I dont remember this conversation. I speak with many prospective buyers daily, and try my best to get the most accurate response back to them as possible. I have not always seen the home, so I dont always have immediate answers. Sometimes I can only respond by what is commented in our Realtor MLS until it can actually be viewed. I agree this is not always as informative as a buyer would like. That is why it is so important to be able to meet a customer and view the subject property. I hope there are no hard feelings and that you were able to find your desired home.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Brandon, MS.
    I enjoyed working with Terri. She always seemed to have time and was never pushy. She really seemed to genuinely care that I found the right home not just a house. I love the home that we finally found. Buying a home is scary but it is much better with someone like Terri.
