    Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Beverly, MA.
    After a year of trying to sell our condo with no success we decided we needed a change. An open house a couple streets over from our condo led us to the Sullivan Team. Kathy was at the open house interacting with potential buyers and seemed very knowledgeable of the area. At home we looked at their website and knew then why our condo wasn’t selling, it wasn’t being marketed properly. We contacted Kathy and set up an appointment. From our very first meeting we could tell this was going to be a different experience. They had the knowledge and resources to get our condo sold even in a slow market. The photos they took of the condo were beautiful and the way it was presented on their website certainly caught the attention of many more buyers then we had seen in the preceding months. Our prior photos which we were told were fine we believe were the reason so many people looked online but never set up an appointment. Within 10 days of listing we had an accepted offer on our condo. Kathy, Terry and Bonnie handled every step of the transaction with unmatched professionalism. We thank them for helping us move forward in our quest for a single family home.

    At the same time we also needed to list my father’s condo for sale, it was a unique one bedroom condo with 550 square feet. Again the photos were beautiful and once it was listed on the MLS the phone calls started coming in and within 24 hours of listing we had a full price offer.

    Their understanding and knowledge of the market allows them to accurately price properties and market them to capture the attention of the most buyers. They know how to properly present a property for sale and most importantly they know how to get the deal closed.
