She provides honest feedback as well as showcases her knowledge about the types of homes that would best suit our needs. Within 30-days we were able to open and close escrow and now we get to live in our dream home in Valley Center.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Valley Center, CA.
Tess handled two of our real estate transactions in a highly professional manner. She helped us purchase our current residence, spending countless hours to drive my wife around to find the home that we own now. Extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Currently, I entrusted her to assist my son in finding their first home. Again, she handled the transaction with superb expertise and my son is about ready to move in to their new home.
She is the realtor of choice when it comes to "short sale" transactions. An expert. She helped us sell our other house that was valued "upside down". She completed the "short sale" process expeditiously utilizing her outstanding negotiation skills with both the lender and the buying party.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $425K in Valley Center, CA.
Tess stuck by me for about 9 months trying to find the perfect house. Several houses were of interest but for one reason or another they turned out to be not right. We finally found the right house. I signed the offer and then had to go on travel. Tess took care of many details in my absents. The escrow was almost done by the time I had to return.Three years later I am still happy.

Bought a home in 2010.
Tess has been and is a delight to work with, and unlike any real estate agent I've met to date does her fair share of work and more. Her services for me including finding awesome properties, walking me through the various paperwork, negotiating hard, and getting a great deal closed. She also gives honest advice which was very useful as I would have passed up on a otherwise great condo. Very highly recommended. Will work with again in the near future.
