I worked with Gino on purchasing a home in July of 2013. I was living in California at the time and trusted that he would represent me as best as he could. Gino and I have been friends for almost 30 years so of course I trusted him with my largest purchase ever. He ignored several requests to look at homes that he did not have an interest in.. See Gino "flips" houses. When flipping these houses he receives additional monies when he finds a buyer. Well he found a buyer alright and promised me that the house was brand new from the "studs out" and already had an inspection so as my friend he said "save the money on the inspection and you can buy me lunch".. needless to say there is foundation issues. He took advantage of my girlfriend and a 30 year friendship was lost.. Gino grew up in the town so his local knowledge is good. I cannot say much about Colleen because I did not do any business with her. I will say that Gino is a good Realtor - this transaction was anything but and buyer beware especially when a flip property is involved.. and anytime someone tells you that you do not need a home inspection and to save your money so you can buy them a $10.00 hamburger... run away as fast as you can

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Amherst, NY.

Gino and Colleen were the absolute best. We were house hunting with their help for over a year. They answered every text, email, phone call, brought us to who knows how many houses, and in the end helped us purchase the perfect home for our family in a very high demand area for a price so low that the home inspector tried to talk us into flipping it. Gino's construction expertise and myriad connections were such an asset to our search and buying process. I can't recommend them enough.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Buffalo, NY.

Colleen knew I had a short window of time to buy my new home and she got to work fast. I knew what neighborhood and price range I wanted to look in and two weeks later I was down to two homes I was seriously considering. We made an offer on my top choice and a day later it was accepted. I was thrilled to have gone through the process with Colleen. What could have been a rough, frantic journey turned into the one thing I could rely on to get done properly. Thank you Colleen!!
