Sold a Condo home in 2008 in South of Market, San Francisco, CA.
My wife and I worked with Rick and his team to sell our place in South of Market. We were very impressed with their professionalism, drive and market knowledge. He successfully sold the unit and it closed without an issue. We would highly recommend Rick to anyone needing the best Real Estate professional in San Francisco. Great job Rick!

Bought a home in 2009.
As a first time home buyer in a very rough market I was a tough customer to satisfy. Rick and his team took the time to show me the ropes, encouraged me to look at all the options available and toughed it out with me for more than a year until we found the right property. He encouraged me when my offers fell through and when we got an offer accepted, he and his team were there every step of the way, looking out for me and finding the right solutions to the issues that came up. I highly recommend Rick and The Avery Group and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2010 for approximately $1.2M in Mission, San Francisco, CA.
Rick Avery was an absolute pleasure to work with. I interviewed several other agents before I found Rick and he blew them out of the water. He is smart and capable and has extensive knowledge of the real estate market. I was very focused on getting a good deal and spent a lot of time exploring alternative-sales (foreclosures, short sales, probate, etc. . . ) and Rick was familiar with and provided great advice on these more complex deals. I ended up buying bought a house through a probate auction and sailed through the complex process seamlessly thanks to his guidance. He responded to e-mails and voicemails promptly and answered all of my questions (which were endless) with patience and enthusiasm. I would work with Rick again in a heartbeat and recommend him without reservation.

Sold a Condo home in 2009 in Telegraph Hill, San Francisco, CA.
We worked with Rick to buy a condo in SF. He was very professional, did all his homework and was very easy to work with. He worked hard to find what we wanted. Rick also has a great staff that is very helpful. It has been over a year and we still feel very comfortable calling Rick for other helpful information and he always provides an answer. His recommendations for mortagage brokers and inspections were excellent. We would highly recommend Rick to anyone wanting to buy property in the Bay Area. We certainly will use Rick again when purchasing or selling.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $1.075M in Golden Gate Heights, San Francisco, CA.
My wife and I have nothing but praise for Rick Avery and his team. Every single aspect of our house sale went forward without a hitch. Rick is professionalism personified. He is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in San Francisco and always gave us first-rate advice. We were able to relax immediately knowing that Rick and his team were covering all the bases. The housing market was depressed at the time we sold our house, yet Rick nonetheless made the sale well above the asking price within a day of it first being shown. This is much less a testament to the appeal of the house as it is to the extremely high quality of the preparation that Rick and put in before the sale, and his painstaking attention to all the details. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending The Avery Group - they are truly outstanding.
