I highly recommend Kevin Kleifges!
Kevin was extremely pro-active and patient. It took a month from the listing and closing of my house. During the process, he resolved a few major issues and suggested good advice/backup plans at every stage. He was very prompt and showed good negotiation skills to look after my interest. He was always available to answer my questions at anytime, he was very knowledgeable about "what" sells the house, did open house a few times, managed to receive an offer within a week from the listing!

My wife and I worked with Krissy Cruse. She did an excellent job and made the entire process easy and painless. We closed on our house exactly as planned and purchased it for $12,000 less than advertised. Krissy is the Realtor everyone should ask for!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $975K in Vienna, VA.
Terry impressed us from the very beginning. As we interviewed realtors to represent us, he stood out as very knowlegable about the market and what was and was not in the realm of the possible. It was easy to choose him from the others. Then, everything he predicted happened. This is a real pro telling you what would happen. We sold the house in two days to very well qualified buyers for 97% of our asking price and that was knowing the "comparables" were often a bit newer on bigger lots. The hardest part was dealing with a difficult buyer's realtor. Terry was a pro and the other person was not. He got us past that. We went from being on the market to closing in 28 days. Incredible. Glad we had Terry on our side.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Sterling, VA.
I was transferred to DC in mid-July and my wife remained in California to sell our house....Kevin Kleifges and I started looking at houses and areas well in advance of our California house closing escrow...It helped a lot and Kevin was very knowledgeable and patient in finding an area and house that we wanted to live in...Within 10 days of my wife's arrival we made an accepted offer and are very happy in our new place in Sterling....Thanks Kevin !!!

I worked with kevin to purchase my first home. Kevin is having extensive knowledge on local market. He picked good homes and showed us all homes. He is very good in explaining the process for first time buyers. He picks very good homes and showed all homes. He is always available, very quick in responding from start to end, till we are in contract and very good in negotiation.
