After interviewing and meeting with a couple of brokers I met with The Chris Wylie Team and their professionalism, friendly and positive attitude left absolutely no doubt in my mind who was going to list my house.
They arrived on time and completely prepared with information packet about The Chris Wylie Team and my neighborhood. Before that initial meeting, they provided any information I requested quickly and thoroughly. Another thing impressed me about them was their style of persuasion which was not pushy but persistent and polite. They met with my husband and I and answered all our questions satisfactorily and thoroughly before we signed an agreement.

After contacting several realtors, we selected Chris because of her positive attitude about our house and her extensive experience in our area. Our house was sold in one week! We think that says it all. We also got the best price for our home, which was what it had been appraised for. In today's market, we were very fortunate to have the Chris Wylie Team guide us through the process. We were very honest with her about our house and she was very honest with us about what we should expect and what steps we needed to get our home on the market. We listed the property for the right price and got great response, and sold it within the optimistic window of our timeframe.
