I have used Lisa and Greg Doyle for the sale of two homes in San Ramon. The first was in the declining market of 2007-2008. Lisa was quick to respond to changing market conditions and recommended a very good price point. Our house sold within 2 weeks, and we were able to meet our sale contingency on our new home with no problem. I engaged Lisa again in 2013 for our upper end San Ramon home. We had listed the house for ~60 days with a different agent who, though knowledgeable about the area, did not have the full marketing capabilities of the Doyles. As I expected, Lisa brought in her stager within days and had our home ready to show within a week. We waited to re-enter the market, however, because Lisa invested the time to build up a strong marketing presence through her large network of agency contacts, personal meetings with our neighbors, and online marketing. The agents' open house and open house to the public were HUGE. We received multiple offers after the first weekend the house was on the market and were able to choose the buyers whom we liked and felt would be a good addition to our neighborhood. Going with another agent was a mistake. While competent, she did not have the resources to invest time and effort in creative marketing. Lisa knows how to create a great "buzz" when the house hits the market. She is not limited to open houses--she really reaches out to the marketplace. Perhaps the best part of Lisa is her professionalism. She and Greg are successful enough to have a great, permanent support staff, so they and their team are always responsive. Unlike our other agent, Lisa never makes excuses, and she never trash talks other agents in the community. She delivers on her promises, and always with a smile on her face. I would recommend her to anyone considering listing their home.

I had a great experience both selling my house and then buying my new home. Lisa was great figuring out my needs and finding a new home for me. Her knowledge of the area really helped find what I wanted but also negotiating a great price for me. I received an offer just a couple of days after it was listed. Greg and Lisa make a great team, they handle both the buy and sale processes. They also provided me with information for the move. I highly recommend them for selling and buying.

The Doyle team is very knowledge of our area and development. They put a plan together for us that resulted in a quick showing of our home and 3 offers in a period of a week. They provide a list of service providers that help us get our house ready to show and are helping us through the escrow phase now. Lisa has helped our neighborhood for many years and she has always responded when asked. Greg is providing continuing help during the escrow phase

Lisa and Greg Doyle have been helping my parents go thru a short sale on their home in San Ramon, CA. My parents are in their 70's and very upset about losing their home after 30 years. Lisa has been so great in answering all their questions, and making them feel as comfortable as possible thru this difficult process. They were always available for us during the process and even after we had closed on our home. They would check in with us periodically to make sure we had settled in well. They were also our resource for recommendations from movers to contractors.
