Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Littleton, CO.
Phil was very patient in looking at all the houses we wanted, and going back to look at some of them again. He always answers phone calls, emails and texts right away. He never thought any of my many questions were stupid, and patienly answered them all. He even was able to get a radon system put into the foreclosure we were buying from a bank.
