Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Edmonds, WA.
Chip and Patricia were very helpful in assisting us with finding our dream house in Edmonds. The house not only fit into our budget but was exactly what we were looking for. Bought a home in 2011.
Chip was very helpful in prescreening homes for me. He ruled out houses that he knew did not meet my standards and that made the time we looked at homes together much more efficient and worthwhile. He was thorough in finding listings for me to look at and worked hard to get me the home I wanted.
