Bought a home in 2009.
It was my pleasure to have Fred Meyer help me to both buy and sell a home. This is especially true as I was living out of state at the time and had to rely totally on Fred to maintain the home we were selling in Porter Ranch(pool, air, water, gardening,etc.) and insuring that all the work needed to be done at the home we bought in Tarzana was finished.( this was no easy task as the seller needed lots of persuasion. Fred was dilligent, commited, and focused to insure our satisfaction. He spent numerous hours making trips back and forth to our home in Porter Ranch, holding open houses every weekend and following up with potential buyers. He especially worked through many challenges with our purchase in Tarzana to insure all items needing attention got done and the seller met all their responsibilities. Thus, I highly recommend Fred to anyone in need of real estate services
