ExpressPath financing is a program that Fannie Mae offered to people meeting certain criteria who were buying foreclosed homes.  After jan. 1, 2009, the ExpressPath program was replaced with HomePath.  This is a link to the HomePath website.HomePath has 3 programs:  HomePath Mortgage, HomePath Renovation Mortgage Financing, and HomePath Protection Program. The HomePath program is offered by local lenders. Hope this helps.

If you are referring to the value Zillow shows for your home, you can correct it by using the feature "Claim Your Home".  Once you establish ownership, you can edit the facts Zillow shows about your home, including adding the updates or upgrades you have made to your home, and hopefully, that will allow the Zestimates to more accurately reflect the value. To Claim Your Home, log in to Zillow.com, find your home by typing in the address, then click Edit in the Home Info section.  You will then see screens that will allow you to claim ownership of the home. After your ownership has been established, you can edit the information to reflect your home's amenities, etc. Hope that helps.
