Sold a Condo home in 2010 in La Crescenta, CA.
Grace and her team are incredibly professional and efficient. They are very intuitive to their clients needs. We found them to be accurate and always gave a realistic response regarding expectations. We would highly recommend them to represent friends and family for a home sale or purchase. We would also use them again for any future real estate transactions.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THE MIRANDA TEAM... AFTER GOING WITH ANOTHER AGENT FOR A YEAR AND OUR HOME DID NOT SELL... WE WERE APPROACHED BY GRACE MIRANDA AND I WAS SURE WITH THE MANNER IN WHICH SHE PRESENTED HER AND HER TEAM WE COULD GET OUR HOME SOLD.
IT TOOK ANOTHER YEAR AND MANY WEEKENDS OF OPEN HOUSES.. BUT IT FINALY SOLD.. THE MARKET IS TOUGH, BUT THE WAY IN WHICH OUR HOME WAS PRESENTED ON THE INTERNET AND WITH THE VARIOUS AGENTS WHO WORKED THE OPEN HOUSES, THE HOUSE GOT SOLD.

We have used the Miranda Team for both buying and selling apartments and single family houses several times over the past six years. The team is proactive in the selling process, keeping abreast of markets which change quickly, so that our properties didn't get passed over by potential buyers. In buying properties the team knows us and works to fit us with a property that best suits our needs as well as aggressively seeking the best possible purchase price. Once a property goes into escrow, the level of communication remains strong so that we don't encounter delays in closing the deal.
