Mike recently helped us purchase a house in the Columbus area. Mike is by far the best realtor in the Columbus area. Before finding Mike, we had the misfortune of dealing with several other realtors who lacked knowledge, professionalism and frankly, who simply wanted to sell every house they showed us, regardless of whether it was a good deal or a sound home.

After searching, we found Mike, and it made all the difference in the home buying process. From day one, he understood our desire to find a good quality home which was at or below market value. Mike refused to just sell us any home; he would only sell us a home that we loved and that was right for us (a sharp contrast to prior realtors who tried to pressure us into buying each home they showed us).

Mike had outstanding knowledge of the areas we were looking and was able to educate us on a variety of relevant details that most people would overlook. Mike was extremely organized and walked us through the entire process; we could tell he knew exactly what he was doing.

With respect to the home we purchased, Mike did his diligence and we were able to submit an aggressive offer on the house of our dreams. Because of Mike's dedication, preparation and excellent negotiating skills, we got an excellent deal on the house we purchased, which is extremely important in this economic climate and fluctuating values of real estate. At each step of the process, Mike/The Pacifico Group exceeded our highest expectations. Mike will be our realtor for life.

That being said, the best part about Mike is that he is extremely friendly, kind and likeable. He always returns calls quickly and makes you feel like you are his only client. We recommended Mike to several of our other close friends, all of which have had a similar positive experience and would highly recommend him.

In short, I highly recommend Mike. He understands his clients, takes a genuine interest in them and works relentlessly to make them happy. We are MORE than satisfied with Mike / The Pacifico Group.

We hired Mike & were very unhappy with the service that we were provided. We had to get in touch with him when we wanted to look at houses AND find the houses ourselves. He ended up taking us to houses that were already in contract & I fell in love with a home, only to find out it was already sold. What we loved most was his negotiating skills--he negotiated our purchase price and some other elements of our purchase like he was purchasing the property for himself. This is not surprising, though, because Mike treated us like we were more than clients. We were so pleased with our experience and found Mike to have such a high level of integrity and effectiveness that we are recommending him to friends, family, and even random acquaintances who are considering purchasing a home.

We sold our home in June of 2011 with the Pacifico Group. Mike was in our corner the whole time and always fought for what we wanted. Mike is very helpful and works to keep our best interest in mind when dealing with our issues.

Mike worked extremely hard and was able to get our house sold. We definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. When we are ready to buy again - he will be our realtor.
