Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $475K in East Central, Pasadena, CA.
Jayne is awesome! She helped me through the process of buying my first home. She happily took me through many(!) listings over 5 months before we found the right one. She answered all the questions I had about the process, gave me advice on offers and was always there when I needed her. She also recommended a great home inspector (who found some serious problems with one home and saved me from a lot of grief) and mortgage consultant (whom I have subsequently gone to for an easy refi). Primarily, though, I would recommend Jayne and the Parsons team because they have integrity. They're honest and experienced - qualities I think are critical for such an important purchase.

Jayne Parsons is extremely professional and very easy to work with and her staff is exemplary. I am an attorney who, over the last twenty years, has worked with multiple realtors the sale and leasing of both residential and commercial properties as a part of my practice. In our dealings, she always went the extra mile to resolve any issues or problems that came up and worked with me on innovative solutions due to some particularly unusual problems that arose. Without a doubt, she is one of the best real estate agent I have used in my professional and business dealings.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Vineyard, Glendale, CA.
My wife and I have used Brian Parsons and his team two times. Once to sell our home in Glendale (Aug 2010), and again in Aug 2011 to purchase a high rise condo in Glendale. With both, the sale of our home and the purchase of a condo; Brian and his supporting team went out of their way to serve us in the best possible way. We would most certainly recommend him and his group to any of our friends.

Jayne and her team have been amazing to us while helping us through two moves in the Pasadena area. Simply put, don't waste your time with other realtors, just call Jayne and you will be VERY satisfied with you experience.

Bought a home in 2010.
We've worked with a few agents and know many, but we continue to be very happy with The Parsons Team. They listened to our needs, wants & financial constraints and then scoured the area to find us homes that fit within our range. We looked at quite a few homes, but when we finally found the right one, the process moved rather quickly. The paperwork & negotiations were completed in a matter of days, and everything went smoothly. We've told our friends about them, and they have continued to stay in touch with us long after the sale has closed, just to make sure everything is still good. I can honestly say that they are wonderful to work with & I would highly recommend The Parsons Team.
