This guy is an A+ Agent. I couldn't be happier. I used Andy to sell my home. He made recommendations to get my house ready to sell, researched the area/comps, and worked with me on the selling price. My house sold in 6 days and had 9 showings within that time. He uses the internet to it's full advantage. He has a professional team that gets your house on the market, great follow up, and is current with today's technology. Very professional virtual tour of your home online available. He uses a showing scheduler to make scheduling showings of your home very easy and hassle free.

I am also using Andy to purchase my new home. He has been extremely helpful in negotiating the deal all along the way.

I have already referred him to two of my friends in the past several weeks. You won't go wrong with Team Leung.

Andy sold my home in Fisher Park in 30 days, after it had been on the market for almost 2 years with other agents. Since then, Andy and Lisa have helped me purchase a home and now are helping me purchase an investment property. I wouldn't use any other than Andy and his great team at Team Leung.
