Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Greensboro, NC.
Andy and his Team helped our family to sell our home in Greensboro, NC. This included securing contractors for us to have the home painted inside, make certain repairs and do some updating. The contractors were reasonable and dependable. He stayed on top of the listing until the home was sold at the listing price less an allowance for the buyer's closing cost. I recommend their Team to anyone that is thinking about listing their home. R V Durham

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Greensboro, NC.
Of all the realtors we have had in our history of buying and selling homes, Andy has been the best so far. Extremely competent and knowledgeable. Great guy to have in your corner. I would recommend him to anybody. In fact, I wish we could take him with us so that he can help us find our new place where we're moving! :)

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in Jamestown, NC.
I would call this experience, hands-off from the agent. Once my house was listed, they just pushed it out to the internet. No open houses. They brought no buyers to the table. The main suggestion provided was just "drop the price", even though, after consulting another realtor familiar with my house/neighborhood, I'm sure my house is within range of a negotiation. I will admit that I have an unusual layout that's more difficult to sell, but I didn't notice much effort from the realtor. "Drop the price" isn't always the best route. There seemed to be a one dimensional aspect to Team Leung - push it out to the internet, then hands-off. Seems like a nice enough guy, this is just what my experience was.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Greensboro, NC.
This guy is an A+ Agent. I couldn't be happier. I used Andy to sell my home. He made recommendations to get my house ready to sell, researched the area/comps, and worked with me on the selling price. My house sold in 6 days and had 9 showings within that time. He uses the internet to it's full advantage. He has a professional team that gets your house on the market, great follow up, and is current with today's technology. Very professional virtual tour of your home online available. He uses a showing scheduler to make scheduling showings of your home very easy and hassle free.

I am also using Andy to purchase my new home. He has been extremely helpful in negotiating the deal all along the way.

I have already referred him to two of my friends in the past several weeks. You won't go wrong with Team Leung.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $300K in Greensboro, NC.
Andy sold my home in Fisher Park in 30 days, after it had been on the market for almost 2 years with other agents. Since then, Andy and Lisa have helped me purchase a home and now are helping me purchase an investment property. I wouldn't use any other than Andy and his great team at Team Leung.
