Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Farmington Hills, MI.
A big THANK YOU to Paul Breyer for selling us our new house. It was a long process but Paul always went to bat for us during the short sale process. He always kept us informed, even if there was nothing to report. We got the house of our dreams and couldn't have done it without Paul and the rest of The Miller Team!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
The Miller Team helped me to sell my home in Bloomfield Twp. I could not have asked for a better team of agents to work with! Not only were they very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring in every step of the way; but they kept me informed throughout the entire process and were always there for me whenever I had a question or concern. . They also were very dilligent in the entire process and helped to sell my home quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling a home, they were real experts!

The Miller team listed and sold our home. They kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated their knowledge of the market and their expertise related to the overall process. This was our first experience selling a home but I can't possibly imagine a scenario that would have been any better. They kept us informed at every step of the process and went the extra mile to market our home and get it sold quickly at the price we wanted.

Bought a Single Family home in 2004 for approximately $150K in Dearborn, MI.
Jim and Jason Miller worked very closely with us when we purchased our home in Dearborn. They were extremely helpful and knowledgable about everything from the process of buying a home to the neighborhood we were moving to. They always made me feel like the most important thing to them was helping me find my dream home ... not like some realtors who just want to close a quick sale and collect a check. They took time to know me, my family, and our needs so that we would find the home that was right for us. My husband and I recently bought a house in Brighton. Paul Beyer of the Miller Team helped us through the process every step of the way. It took us some time to find the right house, but, Paul would send us listings every week. He made himself available to take us to view the homes on our schedule. He negotiated on our behalf and even helped us find financing. I would recommend the Miller Team to anyone looking for a realtor.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Howell, MI.
The Miller team stepped in to assist with selling our rentals. We were extremely impressed with Mary Millers expertise and detail in handling short sales. We had hired an attorney who was of no help. We then found Mary Miller and she literally did the job professionally and expediently. If you are buying a home in southeast Michigan, hire this agency! When the appraisal was completed on the chosen property, the seller refused to lower the price to accommodate the real market conditions. Jim Miller saved the deal through his negotiation skills, as well as his extensive knowledge of the market conditions & details of the 203K "rehab" loan process.
