Sold a home in 2011.
We worked with The Radtka Team over the course of a few years to puchase 2 houses and sell one. JR Radtka and his team were always great to work with, very knowledgeable and worked around our schedule to ensure we were seeing the houses we needed to see. They made sure we understood all expenses, the reality of the housing market, sale prices, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend the Radtka team and if we ever decide to move again (hopefully not as they helped us buy our dream house) we will definitely be looking to the Radtka team.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Kansas City, MO.
The Radtka team was very knowledgeable on what it takes to make a house sell. Our home was listed on the Reece and Nichols’ website complete with pictures, descriptions and measurements the very next day they came to look at it. They gave us great advice on staging our rooms as well as helping us choose the color and type of carpet to replace what was very worn out.
JR was always available to take our phone calls, answer our questions, as well as offer us guidance and assistance. The entire team was very attentive to our needs and great at communicating with us.
After the inspection, JR personally handled setting up all the work that needed to be done after our inspection. The contacts he used were good, efficient and very reasonable. The Radtka team was extremely helpful in selling our previous home and purchasing our new one.

I highly recommend Pat Hannan and the Radtka Team.
From day one Pat was very proactive in getting our business by reaching out to us when he heard we were going to list. He has been there every step of the way offering great advice, staging our home, hosting open houses and agent walk thrus and luncheons.
Once an offer was made, he has taken the time to be there for inspections and appraisals and answered the dozens and dozens of questions we've had along the way. In this tough market, it is great to have an agent that truly "sells" your house and does not just sit back with a sign in the yard.
We had several agents approach us to list our home and I am certainly glad we chose Pat and the Radkta Team.

Bought a home in 2008.
JR did a fantastic job! His knowledge of the greater Kansas City real estate market was perfect. He showed great patience. Very flexible with time. We have moved 7 times before this one one around the country... think we know a great realator. I recommend JR to at least (4) other people taht relocated here in my company that used him... they were all very satisfied. The thing that stands out most about JR... he was around and helping us even AFTER the sale! He stopped by to see how we were doing a few times, help us find reputable, reasonably priced contractors - fix some tiling, interior painting, HVAC.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Kansas City, MO.
The Radtka's were an amazing team to work with. All of the above ratings fit this team perfectly. Judy was extremely diligent in finding the exact house my husband and I wanted to live in and at a price we could afford. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to purchase a home in the future.

Bought a home in 2011.
I have a sister who has special medical needs. We were looking for a home to accommodate these needs and with the assistance of Pat Hannan, we were able to purchase a home to fit her needs. Pat was very understanding and patient as we were picky about the type of home needed. He regularly kept us updated on new listings and tried to get as much information about the home to us. He was very good about checking the homes out in advance to save us time. He was sensitive to our time constraints and NEVER pressured us into anything. He was so very patient, so understanding and very polite. He made us feel as though we were his only clients. I was very impressed by that. Pat Hannan is terrific.

Sold a home in 1998.
JR is a VERY responsive agent. Friendly, professional, with an unbelievable work ethic. JR sold us a house in 1992, helped us negotiate the build of a house in 1995, and sell the existing home. In 1998 he sold a house for us in order to buy an acreage FSBO property which the buyers had given us 30 days to get our house sold. JR was creative and gave 110% into selling that house for us. I will always remember how he understood what that property meant to us! Through the years other properties have peaked our interest and JR is the ony agent I would ever call. The man is trustworthy, responsive and truly has your best interest in mind.
